We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
- Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
2. Return Policy
As ZeroWhey sells food products, returns are generally not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
- The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

• Approved replacements will be delivered within 7–10 working days after verification and approval.
