Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Photos or videos of the product and its packaging may be required for verification.
- The product must be unused and remain in its original sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used food products.
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
- Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
Replacement
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged, defective, or incorrect product at no additional cost.
