At Zerowhey, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we sell food products, returns are generally not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Photos or videos of the product and its packaging may be required for verification.
  • The product must be unused and remain in its original sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

Replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged, defective, or incorrect product at no additional cost.
