Soft and tasty rotis made with ZeroWhey High-Protein Flour. Just atta, water, and a little warmth - your everyday roti, now with extra protein.

  • 2 cups ZeroWhey High-Protein Flour
  • Warm water, as needed
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • Ghee, for brushing
⏱ Method : Add the atta and salt to a large bowl.Slowly pour in warm water and knead until the dough becomes soft and smooth.Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a thin circle.Cook on a hot tawa, turning once or twice until both sides are cooked and the roti puffs up.Brush with ghee and serve warm.

PROTEIN PANEER PARATHA

Soft, filling parathas made with ZeroWhey High-Protein Flour and fresh paneer. A classic favourite with extra protein.

  • 2 cups ZeroWhey High-Protein Flour
  • 1 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Warm water
  • Ghee for cooking.
⏱ Method : Mix atta with warm water and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 15 minutes.Combine paneer, onion, green chilli, cumin powder, and salt.Divide the dough into equal portions and fill each with the paneer mixture.Roll gently into parathas.Cook on a hot tawa with ghee until both sides are golden brown.
